Family Achievement Center (FAC) physical therapists use a variety of techniques to evaluate and treat gross motor, mobility, strength, balance and coordination difficulties that impact functional skills in children, teens, and adults. FAC physical therapists also evaluate and treat individuals with musculoskeletal pain and injuries and post-surgical patients.

We treat a wide variety of diagnoses and also many patients without a formal diagnosis. If your diagnosis/impairment is not on this list, please call to speak with a physical therapist.
Physical Therapy Services We Offer
Physical therapists at Family Achievement Center (FAC) strive to provide hope and improve lives by working together as part of your team to design a holistic therapy approach that fits the individual needs of each client. We work collaboratively with families/caregivers and professionals from other disciplines to provide education, training, and empowerment on how to help your child.
The adult and pediatric physical therapy services we offer include, but are not limited to:

• Neuromuscular Re-Education

• Manual Therapy
• Lite Gait Supported Treadmill Training
• On-site Orthotic and Equipment Services

FAC physical therapists are also available for special education contract services.
Treating Infants
Family Achievement Center Physical Therapists treat children of all ages including infants. Early intervention is important to help your child reach their milestones and full potential.
Common Infant Diagnoses:
Torticollis / Plagiocephaly
- Flattening on one side or back of head and/or only turning head one way
- Developmental Delays
- Not tolerating tummy time
- Not sitting independently by 6 months
- Not crawling on hands & knees by 10 months
- Not walking by 15 months
- Down Syndrome
- Cerebral Palsy
