Family Achievement Center (FAC) Physical Therapists use a variety of techniques to evaluate and treat gross motor, mobility, strength, balance and coordination difficulties that impact functional skills in children, teens, and adults.FAC Physical therapists also evaluate and treat individuals with musculoskeletal pain and injuries and post-surgical patients.Patients we treat have diagnoses and disorders associated with, but not limited to the following physical therapy needs:

We treat a wide variety of diagnoses and also many patients without a formal diagnosis. If your diagnosis/impairment is not on this list, please call to speak with a physical therapist.
