If this is your first time using our bill payment system, we suggest that you have your most recent statement with you to sign in. You will need information from your statement, please see the image below for your reference.
- The name to register the online account must match the name on the statement.
- The account number begins with FACI and followed by numbers – note the I is not one (1).
- Please call our billing department at 763-746-1985, M-F; 8:00 am-4:30 pm for all of your billing needs.
