PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR will be the face of our company and community we have built through the years. Must possess excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills, be detailed oriented and enjoy working with clients and their families. Patient care coordinator will reliable, passionate, and excited to be part of a growing company with a mission to provide hope and improve lives. This is a great career for someone who is interested in health care, has strong insurance knowledge, likes working with and helping people, adores children, and embraces technology. Knowledge in HIPAA compliance, Electronic Medical Records, scheduling and intake, Third Party Payer, and Medical Assistance regulations necessary. At least 3 years of experience preferred. SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST will provide and direct speech and language therapy services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in speech and/or language function and health status, resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, direct treatment, consultation services, and education, in collaboration with a variety of professionals. Direct and assist clients with speech, language, swallowing, cognitive aspects of communication, and sensory awareness related to communication, swallowing and other upper aerodigestive functions.


PHYSICAL THERAPIST will provide and direct physical therapy services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status, resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, direct treatment, consultation services, and education, in collaboration with a variety of professionals. Direct and assist patient in therapeutic interventions that focus on posture, locomotion, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination, joint mobility, pain, healing, and functional abilities.


OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST REGISTERED is responsible for all aspects of occupational therapy service delivery and is accountable for the safety and effectiveness of the occupational therapy service delivery process. To provide and direct occupational therapy services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status, resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluation, intervention planning, direct treatment, consultation services, and education, in collaboration with a variety of professionals.
